TRAVEL IRONWORKERS NEEDED

Data Center Project | Southaven, MS

Pay: $30-$60/hr

Per Diem: $160/day paid 7 days per week ($1,120/week)

Schedule: 6 days/week, 12-hour shifts (7th day available)

Duration: Long-term project

Bonus: Travelers eligible for $25,000 in company stock after 90 days

We're hiring experienced Ironworkers for a large-scale data center and AI infrastructure project in Southaven, MS. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent overtime, weekly per diem, and the chance to work on one of the largest construction sectors in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Structural steel erection including columns, beams, joists, bracing, and decking
• Bolt-up, connecting, torqueing, and welding
• Installation of stairs, handrails, catwalks, grating, and miscellaneous metals
• Rigging and setting steel with cranes and other lifting equipment
• Reading and interpreting structural drawings and blueprints
• Installing pipe racks, equipment supports, and mezzanines
• Working safely at heights and following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Ironworker experience
• Structural steel experience
• Bolt-up and rigging experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• OSHA 10 preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and work overtime

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
