Supervises: None Job Goal: To maintain a safe environment for students on the school bus. Performance Responsibilities: Maintains control of the students at all times to ensure their safety while on the bus. Reports any discipline issues immediately to the Transportation Supervisor. Immediately reports any issues or concerns to the Transportation Supervisor. Fulfills all requirements by the County Superintendent for School Bus Aides. Checks the bus after each run, both at the school and after the last stop to sure that no materials or students are left on the bus. Completes all training assigned by the Transportation Supervisor in accordance with the Policies of the Board of Education and New Jersey Guidelines of Pupil Transportation.
