This facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment for patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intensive rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. The facility strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The patient population includes individuals aged 14 years and older with various conditions such as stroke, brain injury, laminectomy, and fractures. Team-oriented personality is essential for this role. Candidates must possess Montana licensure.
